Ocean Summer and his partner created the image of an original French bakery in San Francisco. La Boulangerie " we Imported the paint and clay from France and Italy. Painting and created the famous Blue color with 3 layers of other tints that will age perfectly. I painted by hand the gold letter and created the sign. The inside is so beautiful and you feel you are in France. We did lime wash with warm ochre and yellow clay and the door was aged with dozen of colors . The Boulangerie was part of a 100 Millions Buy out to Starbucks and became the flagship for La Boulange . Everyday I go to Starbucks, I see my building and so exited to have been part of the most successful bakery in America call now La Boulange. Article The mercury news
BOUTIQUE HOTEL TULUM, MEXICO

El Pez, was a fun project. Watch the video The owner flew me from Colorado to develop a new hotel in Tulum. I spent 3 months in Tulum Mexico south of Cancun doing Resonance Designs, Feng Shui the area. A lot of clearance had to be done. I assessed and did many creative solutions to bring this beautiful piece of land on the Caribbean Sea to her maximum potential. I also designed an area for the turtles that come every year to have their babies…
The Active Resonance Design is a new organic approach to understand and feel the place, understand the neighborhood, the locals asking questions, “What are you going to do here?” etc. Planting seeds of peace with all parties involved, in this case, The Mayan, fisherman, etc. I Designed a Concept Spa with programs of custom bodywork, unique private massage room attached to the bedroom so you can continue to relax. I assessed the environment and other businesses to report to the owner ideas and suggestions that were crucial for the development of a project. My experience to work and honored the land especially with native land, like the Maori in New Zealand, Fiji, Tribe in New Mexico, or Hawaiian land have help to bring life to real estate projects.
I developed restaurant menus, drinks, ideas, services, dinners on the beach that later would be featured in Italian Magazines for weddings. Not easy job to taste all the fresh margarita and receive yummy massage to be sure everything is perfect...

I highly recommend that you experience this great hotel. I also worked on other hotels like La Zebra, just beautiful and other work in the Tulum area. (Tulum is south of Cancun, Mexico)
One of the many issues was that the hotel has a beautiful open lobby. Quite romantic but we could hear all the cars and motorcycle outside and there is no privacy. So my advice was to create a massive door to block the street. A few months later the owner liked the idea and it was done. Quite an accomplishment. During these months of hard work, I was developing programs, a spa, all the drinks, creating VIP dinners on the beach with candles, and perfect music. The concept for an outside bar, grill, fresh fish etc..
This place now has evolved into a beautiful magical boutique hotel.
I work with 6 Billionaire, but this one was very creative ..when the town says no to put a huge parking lot on the shore of Lake Tahoe…So after being refused by the city ..to put a parking lot to accommodate over 100n car..mortorcycle, bus, etc..he hired the best architect and work I created an underground garage..5.to 10 million..he never shares with me …but ..a lot of money.
He asks me to paint his 12000 square foot garage and do a mural of Lake Tahoe ..pine tree etc…for a lot of money…I gently refuse ..and said I will bet happy with finishing the Trompe L'oeil work I was doing on his $49,000,000 mansion…

I spent a lot of time in this bathroom. After the tile person installed the stones, they came in a square pad and you can see the white line everywhere. So I had to removed the stones and pick the right one to cover inside the shower, it was like a puzzle. I am very proud of this bathroom. Same work and design in the kitchen, Photo below
